Mrs Hill-Hector is a graduate of the University of London and the Norman Manley Law School, Jamaica. In addition, she has received training and certification in different forms of dispute resolution such as arbitration, mediation and negotiation through the London based Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and the University of Windsor, Canada.
As Director of the Centre Mrs. Hill-Hector is responsible for the overall management, growth and development of the organization. She brings to the table over 15 years’ experience in handling all forms of dispute. Steadfast in her belief that litigation is not the best way to resolve some types of disputes, Mrs. Hill-Hector is working to help individuals achieve mutually agreeable, timely and less costly outcomes through different forms of dispute resolution.
Prior to working as a Magistrate she worked as Crown Counsel in the Attorney General’s Chamber, Jamaica for several years advising and appearing as counsel for the Government of Jamaica in contract negotiations, mediations, the High Court, the Court of Appeal and at various commissions of enquiry. Upon joining the Magistracy, she served in that capacity in Jamaica and later in St. Kitts & Nevis where she is still serving.
From 2004 – 2008 she was a lecturer at the University College of the Caribbean in Jamaica where she taught Land Law for the University of London’s Distance Learning Programme.
Mrs. Hill-Hector is a registered member of the CIArb at the Associate Level, a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and a member of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

Mrs. Finch-Davis is an Attorney-at-Law and a member of the Bar Association of the Federation of St. Kitts & Nevis. With a strong background in law, administration and mediation Mrs. Finch-Davis is well placed to manage all aspects of our administrative affairs.
She obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of London and a Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School in Jamaica and also holds a BSc Degree in Business Management from the University of the West Indies.
Having worked as Court Administrator at the Magistrates’ Court, St. Kitts and subsequently served as Crown Counsel at the Attorney General’s Chambers in St. Kitts, she now has over 10 years’ experience in the legal field. For about 2 years she was assigned exclusively as Internal Counsel at the St. Kitts Investment Promotion Agency (SKIPA) where she provided legal support and advice to the Agency and its staff and assisted with streamlining their promotional strategies.
Mrs. Finch-Davis is also a certified Mediator having received training through the IMPACT Justice Programme. Prior to pursuing legal studies she taught English and Literatures in English at the High School Level.
