Arbitration Fees
The aim is for dispute resolution to be cost effective. Our scale of fees is designed to ensure that the fees charged are appropriate in light of the circumstances of the dispute and the time that it takes to conduct the arbitration.
In general, fees are determined using an hourly rate which ranges between USD 150.00 – 300.00 per hour per party for international arbitration and between XCD 200.00 – 300.00 per hour per party for domestic arbitration as shown in our Fee Schedules below.
There is also a non-refundable filing and administrative fee payable by the claimant upon filing the Request for Arbitration and by a Respondent on the filing of a counterclaim.
Expedited Arbitration is offered at a fixed cost.

* The fixed fee includes all administrative and filing fees as well as arbitrator fees but does not include related expenses that may be incurred such as the arbitrator’s travel and accommodation expenses or the cost of a hearing venue.
Mediation Fees
Our mediation rates are based on the value of the claim and the duration of the mediation session and include an allowance for preparation time, administrative charges and refreshments. There is no fixed or standard duration for mediation; some will take a few hours while others will be longer.
Where the claim is not one that is expressed in terms of money the charges will be based on the length of time required to conduct the mediation.
